New Grad hires require additional training in professional development (e.g., soft skills). Professional Steps targets those management skill gaps that employers minimally expect.
Most human resource training is resource constrained. Professional Steps uses EduCredits where employers can purchase EduCredits block increments with volume discount pricing.
Today’s employees require flexible availability in professional training to meet their dynamic schedule needs. Professional Steps can flex to your schedule, day or night, accessible 24/7.
New hires must adjust to a change in working environment- moving from independent thought-provoking academia to corporate objectives and a compliance driven environment.
